RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT POLICY
- Reservations are held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off period/date after which they are automatically released unless payment is received.
- Reservations will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance. And remaining 50% amount on the day of arrival in Andaman.
- Any Hikes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room / meal rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR FERRY
- In case Govt. ferry is booked, instead of Private Ferry due to non-availability of tickets, the difference amount is non-refundable.
- No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Green Ocean, MAKRUZZ or any Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.
- Cancellation/Reschedule of tickets before 48hours of departure will be charged Rs.250 applicable for Per Person for each sector.
- Within 24hours of sailing No refund for cancellation tickets.
- 50% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 48 Hours
- 25% Cancellation fee for cancellation received less than 7 Days.
- 5% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation anytime after the order is placed.
- The Ferry is not responsible for Flight Delay or any other reason.
FOR ACTIVITIES/CAB
- 50% booking amount will be refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
- No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
- No refund for cancellation received before 24 Hours.
- 100 Rupees Cancellation applicable per person of the ticket.
- Full refund for cancellation received 30 days in advance.
FOR HOTELS
- 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more
- No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
- Any room booking made above 03 rooms at one given time is non refundable.
- Bookings confirmed on Discounted Rate will be considered as a non-refundable booking.
- No Refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
- No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, New Year.
- For Candle Light Dinner, Boat set up or Floating Table Setup is subject to weather conditions, in case of venue change, the amount is non-refundable
- No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
- The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation flight / ferry.
FOR ALL OTHER TRAVEL PACKAGES
- No Refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15th Dec to 15th Jan.
- Bookings confirmed on Discounted Rate will be considered as a non-refundable booking.
- Full refund for cancellation received 120 days in advance.
- 10% Cancellation Charges Applicable after the Booking is confirmed.
- No refund, if Cancellation received less than 15 Days before arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more
- In case the guest has an International bank account, and then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
- We are not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climatic changes.
- No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, New Year.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation for online refund to be initiated.
- In case of NEFT, it would require us at least 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount. For Prepaid orders the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
